After a tumultuous start in January, February brought its own muddled affairs. Our experts closely followed the aftermath of the Kremlin visit by Josep Borell, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Niklas Nováky argued in Euractiv that it remains a learning experience, and does not mean the bell is tolling for EU foreign policy. Messrs John Bruton, Mikuláš Dzurinda, and Andrius Kubilius MEP, all three former heads of state and members of our honorary board, penned an op-ed in EUObserver advocating for a new reset in EU leadership on its Russia strategy.
