Patryk Toporowski

Patryk Toporowski is an expert at the Polish Institute of International Affairs. He graduated fromt he Warsaw School of Economics, where he is currently following a PhD programme. Formerly, he was an expert at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whre he was responsible for economic analyses, particularly in the area of the EU’s own resources. At the PISM he focuses on economic integration in the European Union, in particular, the EU budget and financial programming, growth and jobs, and the Europe 2020 strategy.
