Ilya Zaslavsky

Ilya Zaslavskiy is a Research Expert at the Free Russia Foundation (FRF) and a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Legatum Institute and Academy Associate at Chatham House. He writes for the Hudson Institute and other think tanks in Washington, DC. In addition to his academic work he continues as an energy consultant for the US and for EU companies, providing analyses of regulatory risks in developing countries and of the spread of corrosive practices to the West. He holds an M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Oxford and an Executive Master in Management of Energy from BI Norwegian Business School.
