Gonçalo Carriço

Gonçalo Carriço studied Computer Science in Lisbon and EU Policy-Making in Brussels. He currently works for the European People’s Party as Political Adviser for Innovation, Technology and Digital Policy, after eight years of military service in the Portuguese Navy and five years working in the Public Sector. Gonçalo has also been contributing to the EU policy thinking of the Martens Centre in his field of work, having recently authored a work on Cybersecurity and Cyber-Defence and on Artificial Intelligence.
