Andrius Kubilius
Andrius Kubilius is a Lithuanian politician currently serving as European Commissioner for Defence and Space. He previously served as Prime Minister of Lithuania from 1999 to 2000 and again from 2008 to 2012, and as a Member of the European Parliament between 2019 and 2024. He is the former leader of the conservative political party Homeland Union (Lithuanian Christian Democrats).
