Viktor Artemenko

Viktor studied Economic Cybernetics, English Language and Literature at the Ostroh Academy National University. He was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship to study Global Electronic Business at University Lille 1. During 2011-2014, Viktor served as Vice President at the National Student Union of Ukraine; as a student representative he was delegated to the working group on law project for Higher Education and European Student Union, provided workshops and seminars for students.  He has gained experience as a project manager in a Canadian IT Company and performed the location manager duties in the Ukrainian Event Management Company. Most of his experience is related to NGOs’ and youth projects. Recently Viktor has been serving as an intern at the European Sea Port Organization. Besides his native Ukrainian he speaks English, Russian, has a passive knowledge of Polish and he is currently learning French. His areas of interest are EU-Ukraine relations, education and youth policy, as well as environmental and energy issues.
