Chavchavadze Center [CC]

The Ilia Chavchavadze Center for European Studies and Civic Education, established in 2018, is the first civil society organisation in Georgia modelled after European political foundations. The Center was founded to engage in policy research and analysis, provide strategic advice, support democratic party development, advance civic memory in the context of countering disinformation, and promote Georgia’s Euro-Atlantic integration. Its mission is to foster active citizenship and civic engagement, guided by a long-term vision of transforming Georgia through political education and the cultivation of individual responsibility.
