Teija Tiilikainen

Teija Tiilikainen is the Director of the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats, based in Helsinki, a role she has served in since 2019. Previously, she was the Director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, and a State Secretary at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs between 2007 and 2008. She joined the Martens Centre Academic Council in 2024.
