Steven Blockmans

Steven Blockmans is a Senior Research Fellow, and previously Director of Research, at Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). He is also a Senior Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security (Tallinn), Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges and Natolin), and Editor-in-Chief of the European Foreign Affairs Review. He holds a PhD in International Law from Leiden University.
