Rastislav Káčer

Rastislav Káčer is a Slovak diplomat, currently serving as the Ambassador of Slovakia to Hungary. He was one of the founders of the Slovak Atlantic Commission (SAC), where he served as the Honorary President until 2016. SAC later became a member of the Central European Strategy Council. As the Strategy Council assumed its new name GLOBSEC, Amb. Káčer became the Honorary Chairman of the organisation. Prior to this, he served as the Slovak Ambassador to the United Stated of America. He also held several positions at Slovak ministries, such as State Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Defence.
