Martti Häikiö

Martti Häikiö is a full-time historian and Adjunct Professor at the University of Helsinki, Institute of Political and Social History since 1978. During the past ten years, he has published six books about the various aspects of telecommunications that concentrate on the interplay of innovation, regulation and business, especially during the third industrial revolution. At the moment he is working on the biography of P. E. Svinhufvud, first Head of State of independent Finland.
