Lisa Fischer

Lisa Fischer is a Senior Policy Adviser at the think tank E3G. In her work, she focuses on the enabling factors for the EU’s clean economy transition and more ambitious EU climate policy. She leads E3G’s work on EU energy infrastructure in the context of decarbonisation. Lisa has previously worked for the UK government as an economic adviser on transport and climate finance. Lisa holds an M.Sc. in the political economy of development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, as well as a BA in international relations from the Technical University of Dresden in Germany.
