Juha Vauhkonen
Rear Admiral (ret.) Juha Vauhkonen is a former Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces. From 2016 to 2020, he also served as Military Representative to the EU and NATO in Brussels. He is a Board Advisor at OPEWI – Europe’s War Institute.
