Jori Arvonen 

Jori Arvonen is the Director and Senior Adviser at Miltton Networks. He served as Chairman of the Steering Board for the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats. From 1996-1998 Jori served as a political advisor in the European Parliament. From 1998-2002 he was Adviser to the Chairman Sauli Niinistö, and Special Adviser to the Minister of foreign Affairs of Finland. He served as Head International Affairs of the National Coalition Party and Under Secretary of State for EU Affairs in the cabinet of the Prime Minister of Finland.
