Geir Flikke

Geir Flikke is a professor at the University of Oslo. He worked as a researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs from 2002 to 2006 and was promoted to Assisting Director in 2006. Flikke has led several significant projects sponsored by the Research Council of Norway, including New Political Groups and the Russian State (NEPORUS) in 2014-2017 and National Values and Political Reforms in Post-Maidan Ukraine in 2020. He has served as a political advisor for the Conservative Party parliamentary group in 1999-2000 and a member of the Sjur Lindebrække Committee for human rights (Conservative party) in 2011-2019.
