Clauspeter Hill
Clauspeter Hill has been Deputy Head of the European and International Cooperation department of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Berlin since 2020. His responsibilities include Finance and Project Administration in regard of all international programmes of the organisation funded by the German Government as well as by the European Union. He is also in charge of the evaluation process of international programmes.
Previously, he served as representative of KAS to Thailand and Vietnam as well as Director of the regional Rule-of-Law-Programme Asia located in Singapore. In between, he has been working for KAS as desk officer in its Asia-Pacific section.
A lawyer by training, Clauspeter started his professional career as an attorney-at-law before joining KAS in 1996. Back then he was engaged in politics as head of the local section of Junge Union (CDU’s youth wing) and the city council of his hometown.
