Christian Mölling

Christian Mölling is the Research Director of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP), and heads the Security and Defence Programme. For more than two decades, he has been researching and publishing on geopolitics, security and strategy with a special focus on defence, armament, industries and technology. Christian advises top level stakeholders in German ministries and parliament on these topics, as well as partner countries, international organisations but also civil society. Christian studied politics, history, economics and law at the Universities of Duisburg/GER and Warwick/UK. He holds a PhD from the Ludwig-Maximillians-University of Munich.
