Arnaud Danjean

Senior Research Associate

Arnaud Danjean joined the Martens Centre as a Senior Research Associate in 2025. After a series of posts in the French Ministries of Defence and Foreign Affaires between 1994 and 2007, he was elected to three terms in the European Parliament between 2009 and 2024. He served as a Vice-Chair of the EPP Group in his final term. Most recently, he was a special adviser to French Prime Minister Michel Barnier.
