Anna Kurowska

Anna Kurowska is an Associate Professor at the University of Warsaw and serves as vice-head of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Labor Market and Family Dynamics. Currently, she is leading two research projects funded by the National Science Centre in Poland: one on the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic for the lives of working families; the other on the ability of fathers to utilise their parental leave rights in Japan, Germany, Poland and Sweden. Her expertise covers comparative care regimes, family policy, female employment and the work–life balance.
