Anna Bulakh
Anna Bulakh, researcher, programme manager on issues of national resilience, asymmetric security threats, Non-Resident Research Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security (Estonia) and management team member of Estonia’s development cooperation project “Resilient Ukraine: Civil society engagement in security sector” since 2015. Previously she conducted research at the Prague Security Studies Institute (Czech Republic) and worked as Resident Research Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security (Estonia) since 2013. Currently Anna is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
