Ana Rotaru

Ana Rotaru joined the Martens Centre team in September 2017. Before that, she pursued a master degree in European Political and Administrative Affairs at the College of Europe in Bruges.

Ana has a keen interest in politics and international relations. Hence, she previously worked for state institutions including the government in her native country, Moldova. Following this, she has also worked in the cabinet of the leader of one of Moldova’s centre-right political parties, who also served as President of a political group in the Moldovan Parliament.

Ana is interested in further developing her experience in political research, mainly focusing on Eastern Europe. She speaks Romanian as her mother tongue, as well as English, French and Russian.
