Ana Marica is one of the winners of the ideas competition „How do we prepare for revolution? Labour market and the fourth industrial revolution” organized by MEP Siegfried Mureșan in March, 2016. Ana Marica is an organization design consultant, cofounder of Digital Romads SRL and Head of Talent for 90 Digital Agency. Passionate about the future of work and education, she is interested in building workplaces heavily focused on freedom, autonomy and flexibility while experiencing a remote-working lifestyle.
