Stefan Josan

Stefan Josan is a young professional in international relations and European affairs, with a special focus on the Central and Eastern European countries. Before joining the Martens Centre, he was an intern in the European Parliament, DG EXPO. He has also worked with the OSCE/ODIHR on elections in Moldova. In 2019, he published an in-depth analysis of the EU-Moldova relations after the signature of the Association Agreement/DCFTA, as an associate expert at the Foreign Policy Association of Moldova.

Stefan holds an MA from the College of Europe (Bruges, 2017) in EU international relations and diplomacy studies and another double MA degree in Political Science and Geopolitics from Babes-Bolyai University and Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée. He also graduated from the University of Craiova, BA in international relations and European studies. He did several Erasmus exchanges in France and Hungary. Stefan speaks fluent English, French, Romanian, Russian and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
