Lucinda Creighton
Lucinda Creighton is a Vice President of the European People’s Party and a TD for the Dublin South–East constituency. Creighton started her career in youth politics and she was Vice President of the Youth of the European People’s Party between 2003 and 2005. She was elected to the Dáil in 2007 and became the “Baby of the Dáil” being the youngest member of the parliament. In 2011 after Fine Gael was voted into office, Taoiseach Enda Kenny appointed her for the European Affairs ministry, a position that she held until July 2013. In 2012 she was elected as one out of ten vice presidents of the EPP with the highest share of votes among all candidates.
