Ferdinando joined CES in March 2013 as an intern. He studied Political Science at the Free University of Brussels and attended Uppsala University on an Erasmus scholarship in Sweden, where he was awarded a diploma in European and North American Politics. As a student, Ferdinando represented the University Political and Social Science students in the University Council for three years. Upon graduating, Ferdinando worked as an intern with the European People’s Party Secretariat for 6 months. There he helped with the organisation of EPP summits, Political Assemblies, the 2012 Bucharest EPP Congress, HR, the implementation of administration and the management of member parties’ database. Ferdinando’s main interests include Euroscepticism, gender issues, social challenges, sport, music, and social-media. He speaks French, Dutch, English and has a working knowledge of Italian. Over the past number of months, he has begun learning Swedish.
