There is a constant debate on who is best between Europe and US on ICT and telecom. Does it really matter? Who has the best coverage and who has the best networks? The Martens Centre is strongly advocating for the creation of a transatlantic area of prosperity, and the digital sector could be one of its main drivers. With TTIP negotiations going on, we will welcome Christopher Yoo from University of Pennsylvania (US) and Andrea Renda from Luiss Guido Carli University (Italy) to discuss how to best shape a truly transatlantic digital market and what the US and Europe could do to create the best investments’ framework in order to foster innovation on both sides of the Atlantic.
