Roundtable: “Strong and Secure Europe”

The Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies together with TOPAZ is organising the second roundtable titled ”Strong and Secure Europe” of a three-part series of conferences aiming to broaden the discussion on the main priorities during the upcoming Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU. One of the proposed priorities focuses on a strong and secure Europe. The roundtable will focus on how to communicate the need to emphasise human rights and democracy in the EU foreign policy, how to deal with the diverse national interests in the EU and how to use the diversity to the EU and presidency advantage.
