Juhan Parts
Juhan Parts is an Estonian politician who served as Prime Minister of his country from 2003 to 2005. During his tenure, he spearheaded efforts to develop the Estonian economy and integrate into the European Union, after Estonia joined the bloc in 2004. Parts was also Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications from 2007 to 2014. Since 2016, Parts is a member of the European Court of Auditors. In 2024, he joined the Martens Centre’s Honorary Board.
